FAQs

How can I register with your practice?

You need to have a consultation with Dr O’Flynn. He will take you through the new patient registration process at the first consultation. On arrival you will fill in a registration form before seeing the doctor. This will include Past Medical History and other details. Please bring photo ID and proof of address. Check with Linda Roe, the practice secretary to confirm if we are currently taking on new patients.

Repeat prescriptions

For practice registered patients these are sent by first class post, by arrangement . Please note that we require at least 3 working days to process a repeat prescription. In cases of emergency only prescriptions can be phoned or faxed through to a local pharmacy and there will be a charge for this.
